Representative Projects

INOVA Federal Credit Union (formerly Michiana Credit Union) wanted to create a "signature" building image for a major business pitch into the Northern Indiana/ Northwestern Michigan market. Troyer Group - One Source was hired to deliver a Fast-Track process for this highly-visible, state-of-the-art financial services facility.

The Chapel project involved the construction of a new, single-story Worship facility and selective renovation of the existing building. The core superstructure consists of pre-engineered steel support beams. Walls are conventional wood-framed construction.

American Countryside Farmers Market features the world's largest peg-beamed barn with massive, notched, standing timbers and triple towers reaching over 80 ft. high. This 51,452 square foot barn contains more than 200 vendors inside and 235 vendor spaces outside.
