Representing more than 4,000 union contractors who employ more than 75,000 tradesmen throughout Indiana, Top Notch is a nonprofit association of diverse construction employers and labor organizations, partnering to coordinate the interests and goals of the Indiana Union Construction Industry. The mission of the association is to promote the union construction industry to customers and the community.
Formed more than three decades ago, Top Notch works to foster a positive exchange between union tradesmen and their management counterparts. As an outside facilitator, Top Notch leads, coordinates, communicates, educates
and unifies key associations and labor groups within the Indiana Union Construction Industry.
Together, the skilled building trades, contractor associations and individual contractors are committed to fostering a strong spirit of cooperation and completing quality construction projects on time and under budget. Top Notch represents this spirit of cooperation by bringing together the talent of craftsmen and the project engineers of management. This elite team of construction professionals ensures the highest quality of construction.
